ETC is so grateful to have the ongoing support of The Jack Oakie and Victoria Horne Oakie Charitable Foundation and are honored be a part of the Jack Oakie legacy. When founding the charity, the legendary actor/comedian Jack Oakie, and his wife, actress Victoria Horne Oakie, wanted to make certain that Jack’s memory and love of life and laughter would live on through America’s next generation of aspiring artists.
In his honor, we are pleased to offer The Oakie Scholarship Awards for Aspiring Performers. Each year, students ages 8-22 are selected through a simple application process and are eligible to receive financial assistance to cover tuition cost for a Young Actors Conservatory program. Awards are based on merit and artistic ability, and/or financial need. In either case, students who apply should have a strong affinity for performing and a deep desire to learn.
Please note that all the information provided in this application is confidential and for evaluation purposes only. Applicants must be 22 years of age or younger.
